2. Description of the Service
Matriarch Nexus™ is a family-centered health information, journaling, medication tracking, baseline intelligence, and care coordination platform. The service helps users organize health-related information, track symptoms, record medication context, create family-related records, and receive informational insights.
3. No Medical Advice
The service is for informational, organizational, and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or clinical judgment. AI-generated summaries, pattern observations, and baseline comparisons are not medical advice and should not be relied upon as the basis for medical decisions.
If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
4. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have appropriate legal authorization to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. User Health Data and Family Records
You may enter information about yourself or individuals for whom you have appropriate permission, authority, or responsibility. You represent that you have the right to enter, manage, or share any information you provide about another person, including dependents or family members.
6. Consent-Based Use

Certain features require your consent before use, including storage of health-related information, optional AI processing, care-team sharing, and family access controls. You may be asked to review and accept updated terms, privacy practices, or consent settings when our policies or features change.
7. AI-Generated Insights
The service may use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, suggested tags, pattern observations, or baseline comparisons. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them or sharing them.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. You may not attempt to access another user’s data without authorization, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious code, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use the platform to provide regulated clinical services unless separately authorized in writing.
